Important Transition Announcement

As our valued customers, you’re at the top of our list for company announcements. We’re excited to share some important updates about our upcoming system transition, which will enhance your experience with EPS Learning. Please read on to learn about these exciting changes and what they mean for you!

System Separation from School Specialty

On December 1, 2023, EPS is separating our business systems from School Specialty. This is a major milestone in our journey to become a standalone company that began on February 24, 2023. This transition offers a range of benefits for you:
  • New Ecommerce Experience: Our new systems will introduce an improved ecommerce platform with more options for organizational buyers. You’ll be able to pay via invoice on terms and access organization-specific pricing from bids and contracts.
  • Enhanced Self-Service Options: You'll gain access to new self-service features, including quotes, invoices, statements, and support cases.
  • Coming Soon: LiveChat! Stay tuned for an upcoming LiveChat experience, connecting you directly to our EPS Learning Order Specialists.

Important Ordering Information Updates

As of November 22, 2023, School Specialty will no longer be processing orders for EPS products and services. Therefore, please start placing your orders using one of the following methods: We’ll no longer be receiving any mail at the 80 Northwest Blvd, Nashua, NH address after December 2023, so please update your records accordingly!
 
Note: School Specialty will continue to fulfill EPS orders for the NYC Department of Education until a new contract is in place.

Final Statements and Email Changes

You can expect to receive your final statements from School Specialty, which include EPS Learning products, in the first week of December 2023. Additionally, there will be changes to email addresses over the next four to six weeks, but current emails will continue to forward for several months.

Actions to Ensure Your Smooth Transition

To ensure a seamless transition, please take the following steps:
  • Confirm that EPS Operations, LLC is set up as a vendor for your organization with tax ID 92-1780143.
  • Update our address on file to: 4800 Hampden Lane, Suite 560 Bethesda, MD 20814
  • Send a copy of your tax exemption certificate to taxexemption@epslearning.com

Unchanged Information

Rest assured that certain information remains unchanged:
  • Continue to send payments (electronic/ACH preferred) to PNC Bank, NA.
  • Send remittance advice to remittance@epslearning.com
  • Account details: Account Number: 8026538614 (checking) and Routing Number: 031207607
  • For physical checks, use the Lockbox address: EPS Operations, LLC PO Box 713265 Chicago, IL 60677-1265

If you are an ecommerce customer, here are some additional details specific to your experience:
Organizational Accounts Individual Accounts
For users purchasing for a school or district, tutoring centers, or distributors. For homeschoolers, parents, or individuals not affiliated with a school or district.
The EPS team verifies all account requests with your organization prior to activation to prevent fraud. Individual accounts do not require approval.

Log in to your account to see your specific school/district pricing Individual accounts receive standard consumer pricing.

View all orders for your school or district, whether they were placed on ecommerce or offline  
All accounts will enjoy the benefits of our new MyAccount self-service center within our shopping site, where you can:
  • View and print invoices and statements
  • Create and review wish lists, items saved for later, and easily reorder frequently purchased items
  • Make payments on your account balance using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Submit and review support cases directly with our knowledgeable Customer Success team
  • And more!
