Situation Learning Schedule IIa Student's Study Book introduces graphemes g, o, k, n, c, m, r, b, e, y, j, and u, digraphs "ng", "ck", "oo", and "th", suffixes "ing", "ness", and "less", and VCCV syllable division. Situation Learning Student's Study Books by Alphabetic Phonics are available in Schedule I, II, and III levels (from least extensive I to most extensive III), and then also further divided into specific levels a, b, c and d.

Alphabetic Phonics is an ungraded, multisensory curriculum that teaches phonics and the structure of language using the Orton-Gillingham approach to teach handwriting, spelling, reading, reading comprehension, and oral and written expression.
