EPS Literacy and Intervention is proud to have been producing high-quality educational materials for over 60 years. We are confident that you and your students will be pleased with our materials.

Please check your shipment upon arrival for accuracy and completeness before stamping or marking up the material. Shipping errors must be reported to Customer Service within 5 days of receipt.

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you just received, please call Customer Service 800.225.5750 within 5 days to report damages and up to 30 days to obtain a Return Authorization (RA ) number for products in their original packing and in sellable condition.

All returned material must be in saleable condition, free of markings, writing, stamping, or shelf-worn appearance. All classroom sets or packaged materials must be returned as sold, with all student and teacher materials included. Classroom sets or packaged product not returned in this fashion will be considered non-refundable and returned to sender. Materials may be returned via the least expensive carrier (use of tracking numbers is recommended).

A copy of the original invoice and a return authorization must accompany all returns. Please contact Customer Service at 800.225.5750 or by fax at 888.440.2665 to obtain a return authorization.

Important:  Returns without authorization will not be processed.

Customers returning material from outside the United States, please write: "U.S. goods being returned to vendor" on your invoice for customs.

A credit memo will be issued for the purchase price of the material. Refund checks will be issued upon request when no outstanding balance exists on the account. All returns from credit card purchases will be credited to the proper credit card.
